Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced
Senior Customer Quality Engineer
with
8–10 years of experience
in the
Automotive Sheet Metal Manufacturing Industry
. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer quality, complaints, audits, PPAP, 8D, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the key point of contact for




customer quality-related matters
.
- Handle
customer complaints, rejections, escalations, warranty issues, and quality concerns
.
- Prepare and submit
8D, CAPA, containment, and corrective action reports
within customer timelines.
- Conduct
root cause analysis
using 5 Why, Fishbone, and 7 QC Tools.
- Coordinate
customer audits, visits, inspections, trials, and quality meetings
.
- Manage
PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC
, and engineering changes.
- Monitor
customer PPM, rejection, complaints, and quality performance
.
- Ensure effective implementation and closure of customer corrective actions.
- Coordinate with
Production, NPD, Tool Room, Quality, Maintenance, and Purchase
teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with
IATF 16949, VDA, MACE, and Customer-Specific Requirements (CSR)
.
- Drive customer satisfaction and continual improvement initiatives.
