Job Overview
We are seeking a energetic, dual-threat Real Estate & Interior Design Sales Agent to join our growing team. In this unique role, you won't just sell properties; you will sell the vision of a dream space.
You will own the entire sales lifecycle from hunting and generating your own leads to closing real estate deals and upselling bespoke interior design concepts. If you are a charismatic closer with a sharp eye for aesthetics and a passion for end-to-end client satisfaction, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting (The Hunt)
- Proactive Sourcing: Identify and engage potential buyers, sellers, and property investors through cold calling, networking, social media, and local events.
- Strategic Partnerships: Build networks with developers, architects, and contractors to create a steady stream of referral leads.
- Database Management:



Maintain and nurture a robust CRM pipeline of active and passive prospects.

2. End-to-End Sales Conversion (The Close)
- Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to understand clients' lifestyle needs, property requirements, and design preferences.
- Property Showings & Pitching: Conduct high-energy property tours while simultaneously highlighting interior design potential, remodelling opportunities, and spatial optimization.
- Cross-Selling Design Services: Pitch and sell custom interior design packages, furniture solutions, or renovation services alongside property sales.
- Negotiation & Closing: Handle objections, facilitate price negotiations, and manage the legal and financial paperwork to close transactions smoothly.

3. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management (The Bond)
- Client Advocacy: Serve as the single, trusted point of contact from the initial handshake to property handover and final design
