Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical NOC / Network Operations teams across distributed/global environments.
- Ensure network services consistently meet defined SLA and KPI objectives.
- Act as a technical escalation point for major/high-severity network incidents.
- Manage Incident, Problem and Change Management processes in an ITIL environment.
- Participate in client governance and service review meetings as a technical leader.
- Monitor operational performance and drive continuous service improvement.
- Identify process gaps and implement Shift-Left initiatives to reduce unnecessary escalations.
- Coach and mentor junior and senior network engineers.
- Drive quality assurance, process adherence and operational excellence.
- Support client transition, UAT and service onboarding activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and clients for timely issue resolution.
- Drive cost optimization, automation and efficiency initiatives.
- Participate in on-call/escalation rotation when required.
Must-Have Skills
- 8+ years of technical management / leadership experience.
- Minimum 5+ years managing or leading NOC / Network Operations teams.
- Solid experience in ITIL / ITSM-based service delivery.
- Hands-on understanding of enterprise networking environments.
- Strong experience with one or more of:

- Strong understanding of Incident, Problem and Change Management.
- Experience managing SLA, KPI and service delivery metrics.
- Strong experience in major incident and technical escalation management.
- Excellent people management, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with global/distributed or follow-the-su
