About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented LinkedIn Lead Generation Executive who can identify potential clients, build professional connections, generate qualified leads, and create brand awareness through LinkedIn.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with LinkedIn prospecting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with prospects and build long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn using targeted searches, prospecting, and networking.
- Identify and connect with potential clients, business owners, founders, and key decision-makers.
- Build and maintain a strong qualified network on LinkedIn.
- Initiate conversations with prospects and convert connections into qualified business leads.
- Create awareness about the company's products/services through professional LinkedIn engagement.
- Build trust and credibility with prospects through consistent and meaningful communication.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in LinkedIn lead generation, B2B lead generation, inside sales, or business development.
- Hands-on knowledge of LinkedIn prospecting and lead generation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to build trust, rapport, and professional relationships.
- Good client engagement and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Strong research and prospect identification skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, Google Sheets, or Excel is preferred.
