JD for Study Sample analysis
- Perform sample extraction using established wet chemistry techniques
- Handle samples through centrifugation, evaporation, and freezing as required
- Prepare accurate aliquots of samples for wet chemistry analysis
- Execute wet chemistry procedures in compliance with study protocols and SOPs
- Complete Analytical Procedure (AP) sheets and maintain required logbook entries
- Operate HPLC, LCMS/MS, and ICPMS instruments; troubleshoot issues and perform minor repairs

JD for MDMV
- Perform assay method development and validation (MD/MV) of drugs and metabolites in plasma, serum, and urine using LCMS/MS & ICP-MS.
- Perform sample extraction using established wet chemistry techniques.
- Apply validated methods for subject sample analysis in bioequivalence studies
- Operate and troubleshoot LCMS/MS & ICP-MS instruments to ensure optimal performance
- Conduct literature searches and use basic computer applications including MS Office
