About the Role

I-Bacus Technology Solution is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers and MBA students/graduates who are interested in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and identify new business leads.
- Contact potential clients through calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and communicate suitable IT services.
- Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships.
- Schedule client meetings and support the sales process.
- Conduct basic market research to identify business opportunities.
- Maintain lead and customer records.




- Work towards assigned sales and business development targets.
- Coordinate with the technical team when required.

Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid interest in Sales and Business Development.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work towards targets.

Qualification
- MBA students / MBA graduates are preferred, especially Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
