Role & responsibilities

-Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads.

-Explain company products/services clearly.

-Follow up with interested customers and generate leads.

-Handle customer queries professionally.

-Maintain call records and update customer information.

-Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.

-Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and conversions.

Preferred candidate profile

-Valuable communication skills in English, Telugu, and/or Hindi.

-Basic computer knowledge.

-Experienced candidates can apply.

-Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

-Sales/telecalling experience is an advantage.
