About the Role

Are you someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and keeping things organized? We are looking for a Human Resources & Client Relations Coordinator to support both our People Operations (HR) and Client Relations teams.

This role is designed for fresh graduates and early-career professionals (1 year experience) who want to gain hands-on exposure to talent acquisition, employee engagement, stakeholder management, client communication, and business growth initiatives. You will work closely with senior leaders and play an important role in creating exceptional experiences for both employees and clients.

What You Will Do

People Operations
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Maintain employee records, HR trackers, and documentation.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, events, surveys, and culture-building activities.
- Support recruitment activities, including candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.




- Support attendance, leave management, and HR operations activities.
- Coordinate with the HR and Business team on various initiatives and projects .
- Assist the HR team with reporting, data management, and process improvements.

Client Relations & Business Development
- Support lead generation and outreach initiatives across various channels.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and communication with prospects and clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business documents.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Gather market insights and customer feedback to support business growth initiatives.

What We Are Looking For
- Any Bachelor’s degree, however Master's degree in HR / Business Administration / Marketing is preferred.
