Role Overview

The role is focused on designing, implementing, customizing, and supporting Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Guides solutions for enterprise technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end AEM Guides solution design and implementation.
- Configure and customize AEM Guides Web Editor, templates, publishing profiles, metadata, permissions, and workflows.
- Define DITA information architecture including topics, maps, conref/keyref reuse strategies, and structured authoring standards.
- Design and implement publishing pipelines for HTML5, PDF, and DITA-OT outputs.
- Work with documentation, product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AEM Guides solutions.
- Drive content governance,



publishing reliability, platform stability, and continuous improvements.
- Manage stakeholder communication and collaboration.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on expertise in AEM Guides.
- Robust hands-on experience with DITA.
- Experience with XML Add-On.
- Hands-on experience with AEM Guides Web Editor.
- Experience with templates, publishing profiles, metadata, permissions, and workflows.
- Strong understanding of DITA information architecture.
- Experience with topics, maps, conref/keyref reuse strategies, and structured authoring standards.
- Experience with HTML5, PDF, and DITA-OT publishing pipelines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
