Position: Finishing Engineer
Department: Construction / Projects

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all finishing works at the project site.
- Monitor flooring, tiling, plastering, painting, false ceiling, doors, windows, and joinery works.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, and other site teams.
- Check material quality and workmanship before execution.
- Monitor daily progress and ensure work is completed within the project schedule.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Maintain quality, safety, and proper site documentation.
- Conduct inspections and ensure rectification of defects before handover.




- Prepare progress reports and coordinate for final finishing and handover activities.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of construction finishing works and materials.
- Ability to read drawings and specifications.
- Positive coordination and site-management skills.
- Knowledge of quality control and construction safety.
- Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering or related field.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per year
