Role & responsibilities:

• Generate leads through field visits, referrals & industry networks
• Develop relationships with foundries, forging units, casting facilities & metal processors
• Conduct product presentations and understand customer requirements
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to order closure
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key accounts
• Coordinate with technical & operations teams for order processing and after-sales support
• Travel extensively within the assigned territory

Preferred candidate profile

• 23 years of B2B field sales experience
• Experience in capital equipment / CAPEX products
• Exposure to pumps, cranes, industrial machines, motors or similar capital goods
• Robust network among foundries, fabricators, forging units or allied industries
• Comfortable handling high-value, consultative & long-cycle sales
• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Metallurgy background will be an added advantage
