ROLE

We are looking for a Creative & Marketing Strategy Head who can go beyond designing creatives and take ownership of the complete creative marketing strategy of real estate projects.

As a Mandate Organisation, we work closely with developers to build the right market positioning, campaign strategy and communication for their projects. The person will be responsible for conceptualising the strategy, presenting it to the developer, getting approvals, implementing the campaign and continuously evaluating its effectiveness.

This is a strategy + creativity + execution + client/developer-facing leadership role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop the overall creative and marketing communication strategy for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Understand the project's USP, location, target audience, pricing, competition, inventory and sales objectives and convert them into a strong marketing concept.
- Create cutting-edge project positioning, campaign themes,



communication ideas and brand narratives.
- Plan 360 marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, outdoor, events, activations and on-ground marketing.
- Develop creative concepts for project launches, new inventory, offers, festive campaigns, lead-generation campaigns and sales acceleration initiatives.
- Prepare and present creative marketing strategies, campaign concepts and presentations to developers/promoters for approval.
- Effectively explain the business logic, target audience, expected impact and creative rationale behind every campaign to the developer.
- Coordinate with the developer's management/marketing team and incorporate feedback to achieve final approval.
- Drive the complete implementation of approved campaigns through internal teams and external agencies.
