The Role

You'll lead the effort to find, qualify, and onboard the agents, developers, and land owners who list on Landseek. This is

phone, WhatsApp, and field-call work not a desk-and-spreadsheet job. You'll also own and evolve the sales playbook the

team runs on, and mentor newer members of the team. If you like talking to people, getting things done, and driving results

What You'll Do




- Build and manage lists of agents, developers, and land owners across Telangana and drive outreach over calls,

WhatsApp, and email.
- Qualify leads on the call inventory size, listing intent, location, document readiness and hand off clean notes to the

Sales & Partnerships Lead.
- Keep the CRM clean and up to date every day: data entry, stage updates, follow-ups, no duplicates.
- Onboard agents and land owners to Network and Vault listing creation, document upload, Vault score and support

anyone who gets stuck.
- Track and share market intelligence from calls prices, hot areas, common objections, competitor mentions — with the

team each week.
- Own the sales playbook: keep pitch decks, one-pagers, and templates sharp, and continuously test and refine scripts

and openers.
- Mentor and support junior sales associates, sharing what's working and helping ramp up the team.
