Duties & Responsibilities
- Manages and Owns the revenue numbers for a sales territory, vertical and/or Region within India
- Qualifies opportunities with the aim of maximizing leads.
- Plans and implements sales campaigns.
- Coordinates with solution sales, partners and skilled services teams.
- Inputs ideas and participates in marketing events.
- Understands the business requirements of prospects and customers.
- Provides accurate and timely sales forecasts.
- Manages the short- and medium-term pipeline.
- Recruits and manages Sales and Implementation partners and review their pipeline regularly
- Updates and maintains CRM data base and performs weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting for the assigned territory.
- Required regular travel to prospect and customer locations

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Proven track record of sales success
- Accomplished track record of selling multi-level to business, technical and IT people
- Business application (ERP, MES, Supply Chain and CRM)
- Background of ERP is preferred




- Ability to quickly qualify opportunities and key strategic positions for each new prospect
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior management of the defined target markets
- Should be based out of Mumbai or Pune

Qualifications
- 5+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
- Graduate in Science/Commerce or Engineering
- Master's Degree preferred.
