Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs for insurance sales teams to enhance their skills in bancassurance, insurance products, and sales techniques.
- Have to Manage HDFC Bank partnership as trainer
- Manage the entire lifecycle of a training program from planning to evaluation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training role within an insurance industry setting.
- Solid understanding of Bancassurance, Insurance Training, Product Training, Sales Training concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage audiences effectively.
