Social Media Manager

We at Universal Education are looking for an experienced and strategic Social Media Senior Manager to lead and oversee social media planning, execution, and performance across all brands under Universal Education.

This is a group-level role responsible for driving a unified yet brand-specific social media presence for:

● All Stellar World School campuses

● All Universal Schools

● Other K–12 school brands under Universal

● Colleges under Universal Education

● Universal SkillTech University

The role requires strong leadership, multi-brand thinking, and hands-on experience working with social media agencies, while ensuring brand consistency, performance, and measurable outcomes across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

● Own and drive the overall social media strategy across brands

● Manage and coordinate with external social media agencies (mandatory)

● Oversee content planning, calendars,



and brand consistency

● Guide and review social media coverage for school and university events

● Monitor performance, analyse insights, and optimise campaigns

● Ensure timely community engagement and brand reputation management

● Coordinate with internal marketing, design, and leadership teams

● Oversee influencer collaborations and campaign outcomes

Requirements

● 8+ years of experience in social media marketing

● Mandatory experience working with social media/creative agencies

● Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, analytics, and KPIs

● Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously

● Strong communication, planning, and leadership skills

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
