Role Overview:

The Arena Manager will be responsible for the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the sports arena. The position will oversee staff scheduling, bookings, customer service, facility readiness, vendor coordination, events, collections, inventory, reporting, and compliance with safety and operating procedures.

The manager will work closely with the project, marketing, maintenance, security, and management teams to maintain high service standards, improve facility utilisation, and support revenue and customer-experience objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage daily operations and ensure the arena is opened, operated, and closed according to company procedures.

· Supervise staff, prepare shift schedules, assign duties,



and monitor performance.

· Manage bookings, payments, collections, cancellations, refunds, and customer queries.

· Maintain accurate booking, revenue, inventory, attendance, and incident records.

· Ensure courts, playing areas, equipment, changing rooms, common areas, and other facilities are clean, secure, and operational.

· Coordinate with maintenance, security, housekeeping, vendors, and service providers.

· Plan and execute tournaments, events, camps, and corporate activities.

· Monitor stock levels and coordinate the purchase or replacement of equipment and consumables.

· Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

· Implement emergency, first-aid, fire-safety, incident-reporting, and operational procedures.

· Coordinate with the marketing team on promotions, campaigns, memberships, and community activities.

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and operational rep
