The prospect:

The Business Analyst – CPQ is a senior expert responsible for driving optimization and continuous improvement of Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) processes and systems. Leveraging extensive consultancy and domain experience, you will analyze complex business requirements, architect scalable CPQ solutions, and ensure seamless integration across sales, product, pricing, and IT teams. Your leadership will drive strategic decision-making, business transformation, and operational excellence.

How you’ll make an impact:
- Analyze, document, and streamline current CPQ processes to improve eĈciency, accuracy, and scalability. Identify business gaps and propose transformative process improvements.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to elicit, define, and prioritize business requirements.



Translate complex business needs into robust functional specifications. Work with IT and development teams to design scalable and future-ready CPQ solutions.
- Lead development and execution of comprehensive test cases to validate CPQ configurations and workflows. Ensure solutions meet strategic business objectives and compliance standards.
- Partner with sales, pricing, product management, and IT to ensure alignment in CPQ strategy and execution. Influence and guide teams through data-driven insights and best practices.
- Monitor CPQ system performance and user feedback. Ensure integrity and accuracy of product, pricing, and customer data within the CPQ system. Maintain adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex CPQ issues. Provide expert guidance, ensuring seamless operations for end-users.
