Thanal Counselling Centre is looking for a creative, energetic, and trend-aware Social Media Content Creator to join our team at our Kochi branch. The ideal candidate should be comfortable creating engaging video and visual content and turning ideas around mental health, psychology, wellbeing, and our services into content that connects with audiences across social media platforms.

Role: Social Media Content Creator
Location: Kochi, Kerala
Work Mode: Offline / On-site
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other social media platforms.
- Conceptualize and produce Reels, short-form videos, posts, carousels, stories and other creative content.
- Shoot and edit videos featuring our psychologists, services, events, workshops and other activities.
- Develop creative concepts, scripts, hooks and content ideas suitable for social media.
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats,
algorithms and emerging content styles.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity and tone across Thanal’s social media presence.
- Work with psychologists and the marketing team to simplify psychology and mental-health topics into engaging, audience-friendly content.
- Assist with content calendars and ensure consistent publishing.
- Cover events, seminars, workshops and other activities conducted by Thanal.
- Monitor content performance and use insights to improve future content.
- Contribute new ideas for increasing reach, engagement, followers and enquiries through organic content.
Skills We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form video content.
- Good video shooting and editing skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Canva or similar platforms.
- Positive visual and creative sense.
- Ability to identify trends and adapt them appropriately for the
