Finance Manager

Experience: 8–15 Years
Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com
Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Engineering / Capital Equipment / SPM / Automobile

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to manage the company's complete Finance and Accounts function. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in manufacturing finance, costing, taxation, banking, cash flow, MIS reporting, compliance and ERP systems.

Candidates with experience in Engineering, Capital Equipment, SPM, Automobile, or project-based manufacturing companies will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Finance and Accounts operations.
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets, financial plans, and forecasts.
- Manage cash flow and working capital effectively.
- Handle banking activities including CC limits, term loans, LC, and Bank Guarantees.
- Prepare product and project costing and analyze profitability.
- Prepare monthly MIS and financial reports for management.
- Monitor debtors, creditors, inventory valuation, and outstanding payments.




- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.
- Review financial performance and identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Develop and strengthen financial controls, systems, and SOPs.
- Support ERP implementation and finance process improvement.
- Work closely with the CEO and senior management for financial planning and business decisions.
- Lead and guide the Finance & Accounts team.

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of manufacturing costing and financial management.
- Valuable understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and working capital management.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, audits, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in product/project costing and profitability analysis.
- Excellent MS Excel and MIS reporting skills.
