Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Explain courses, programs, fees, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling/conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the Academic Counselling and Sales teams.
Requirements
- Any Degree preferred.
- Excellent Malayalam communication is essential; English is an advantage.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- EdTech, telecalling, counselling, or sales experience is an advantage.
