Job Summary

The Track Lead for Support & Operations plays a critical role in managing and enhancing operational processes within the organization. Key Responsibilities

1. Optimize Operational Workflows By Leveraging Citrix Xendesktop And Provisioning Services (Pvs) To Enhance Management Reporting, Streamline Information Flow, And Support Organizational Planning.

2. Assess Client Requirements And Ensure The Support Team Consistently Meets And Exceeds Client Expectations Through Effective Management Of Citrix Environments.

3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team, Fostering Transparent Communication About Project Goals And The Effective Use Of Citrix Technologies.

4. Drive Innovation By Implementing Recent Ideas And Processes Using Citrix Mcs, Contributing To Overall Organizational Progress And Efficiency.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient In Citrix Xendesktop, Provisioning Services (Pvs), And Machine Creation Services (Mcs)
