Accountant – Travel Luxis

Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
Experience: 3–7 Years
Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month

About the Role

Travel Luxis is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, reconciliations, and reporting for our travel business.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting entries, invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses.
- Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal teams.
- Track outstanding payments and follow up with clients/vendors.
- Maintain proper documentation and supporting records.
- Ensure timely closure of monthly accounts.

Requirements




- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
- 3–7 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of Tally/ERP, MS Excel, GST and TDS.
- Experience in the travel, tourism, hospitality, or service industry will be an advantage.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
