Job Overview

Webskitters Academy is looking for a target-oriented Admission Counsellor cum Sales Closer with strong experience in EdTech/education sales and high-ticket course sales.

The ideal candidate should be confident in counselling students and working professionals, handling objections, negotiating with prospects, and converting qualified leads into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and working professionals about career-focused training programs.
- Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to admission closure.
- Make outbound calls and conduct telephonic, virtual, and in-person counselling.
- Follow up with leads from digital campaigns, walk-ins, referrals, and other channels.




- Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up details in the CRM.
- Coordinate with Academic, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales performance reports.

Key Performance Requirements
- 150+ outbound calls per day
- 50+ connected calls per day
- 3.5+ hours daily talk time
- Consistent achievement of admission and revenue targets
- Strong lead-to-admission conversion ability
- Timely follow-up and CRM management

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in Admission Counselling, Inside Sales, Education Sales, or EdTech Sales.
- Proven experience in high-ticket educational/course sales.
- Strong counselling, communication, objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience working with sales targets and revenue goals
