Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager with robust experience in the Real Estate & Infrastructure development industry to manage day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, taxation, project accounting, and statutory compliance.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Real Estate & Infrastructure development industry accounts, project billing, subcontractor accounting, GST, TDS, reconciliation, and finalization of accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely accounting entries.

Handle project-wise accounting and monitor project expenses and financial transactions.

Review and maintain accounts payable and receivable.

Manage contractor/subcontractor bills, work orders, advances, deductions, retention money, and payment records.





Verify RA Bills / running bills and coordinate with project and commercial teams.

Monitor and reconcile vendor, subcontractor, customer, bank, and ledger accounts.

Prepare monthly MIS reports, project-wise expense statements, cash flow statements, and management reports.

Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.

Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and government/statutory authorities as required.

Assist in preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.

Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up with concerned departments.

Ensure proper accounting and documentation of materials, machinery, advances, expenses, and project-related transactions.

Review journal entries, provisions, accruals, and inter-company transactions.

Support budgeting, cost control, and financial planning for construction projects.
