This role is based at Mumbai and reports in to Property Manager.
Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with Residents and key customer
- Ensure Apartment reediness in all aspect before possession /visit
- Managing the complaints of residents
- Ensure upkeep of all FM Custody apartment, sharing the reports on daily basis & draw the attention of team if any deviation observed in any apartment.
- Keep tab on Prepossession/Possession schedule & make the apartment ready for possession.
- Daily coordination with Project team/Contractor/Society FM Team for apartment related complaint.
- Ensure that all the inventory (Possession kit/Chocolate/key pouch/Pen drive/Brochure etc.) always available & inform FM team well in advance if any requirement.
