Job Description – Project Supervisor

Location: Vidyavihar | Reports to: [Project Manager/Director]

Key Responsibilities

Monitor teachers’ attendance and ensure they report to assigned schools as per schedule.

Conduct regular school visits to check teacher performance and project activities.

Coordinate with teachers and school authorities for smooth project implementation.

Address field-level issues and ensure timely corrective action.

Maintain attendance, visit, and project records.

Submit regular updates and reports to management.

Take overall responsibility for the smooth day-to-day execution of the NGO project.

Requirements

Graduate with 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in an NGO/education project.

Good communication, coordination, and team-management skills.

Willingness to travel to schools regularly.

Valuable reporting and problem-solving abilities.

ECCED course preferred

Salary: 12000 to 15000 PM
