About the Role

We are looking for an intelligent, commercially minded and highly experienced Senior Affiliate Executive / Affiliate Marketing Specialist to build and manage our affiliate marketing channel from scratch.

This is not a role for someone who has only maintained an existing affiliate programme.

The successful candidate will be expected to independently take ownership of the entire affiliate channel — from strategy, platform/network setup, commercial planning and tracking through to affiliate recruitment, onboarding, optimisation and scaling.

Previous hands-on experience within online pharmacy, online healthcare, digital healthcare, weight management or a closely related regulated sector is mandatory.

We need someone who understands both the technical and commercial sides of affiliate marketing and can build a profitable,



scalable affiliate programme with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
- Build the complete affiliate marketing channel from scratch.
- Develop the affiliate acquisition strategy, commercial model and growth plan.
- Evaluate and recommend the most suitable affiliate networks, platforms and tracking solutions.
- Set up affiliate accounts, tracking, attribution and reporting infrastructure.
- Define:
- Commission structures
- CPA / CPS models
- New customer incentives
- Tiered commissions
- Performance bonuses
- Promotional offers
- Affiliate-specific discounts
- Commercial terms
- Create and manage the overall affiliate marketing budget.
- Recruit high-quality affiliates directly and through affiliate networks.
- Identify and onboard:
- Content publishers
- Comparison websites
- Voucher / discount partners
- Cashback partners
- Healthcare publishers
- Influencers / creators where commercially approp
