What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle for international clients hiring Indian talent: discovery, consultative demo, proposal, negotiation, close.
- Run first conversations with founders, COOs and finance leads of US / EU / UAE / Singapore companies in fluent, confident English.
- Handle the objections that actually decide these deals: contractor vs. employee classification, TDS and withholding, Section 44ADA / 44AD presumptive taxation, GST on export of services, FEMA purpose codes, permanent establishment concerns, IP assignment enforceability.
- Build and manage pipeline from week one you should know exactly where buyers in this category live, what makes them start looking for a provider, and how to reach them before they fill in a competitor's demo form.
- Work hand-in-hand with founders and marketing to sharpen our ICP, messaging and inbound engine based on what you hear on calls your field insight will directly shape positioning, content and campaigns.
- Set up and keep clean the sales machine: CRM discipline (we run Kommo).




- Define the playbook that the next hires will follow. If you deliver, you build and lead the team.

Who we are looking for
- 4-8 years of B2B sales experience, of which 2+ years selling EOR / COR / AOR / PEO / global payroll / contractor management / cross-border payout solutions to international clients.
- A documented track record of quota attainment and closed logos you are proud to talk about.
- You can open doors quick: a strong personal network among decision-makers at global companies that hire in India, and the ability to generate meetings without waiting for marketing.
- Deep working knowledge of how paying Indian contractors from abroad actually works taxes, documentation, FX, and where the traps are. You can explain 44ADA to a US founder in two minutes without scaring them.
- Consultative, advisory selling style. Our best deals are won by educating, not pressuring.
- Fluent spoken and written English; comfortable working EU
