Key Responsibilities

Team Management
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers/Sales Managers.
- Set individual and team targets and drive achievement of monthly and quarterly goals.
- Monitor team productivity, customer meetings, lead generation, conversion, and closures.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and on-ground support.
- Accompany team members for important customer meetings and business closures.

Direct Sales & Business Development
- Drive Commercial Lines insurance business through direct customer acquisition.
- Identify new business opportunities through market mapping, references, cold calling, and field visits.




- Personally meet customers and key decision-makers to understand their requirements.
- Conduct customer presentations, negotiations, and business discussions.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Territory Management
- Develop and execute territory-level sales strategies.
- Identify current markets, customer segments, and business opportunities.
- Drive market penetration and expand the customer base.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer requirements.

Customer Relationship Management
- Develop strong and long-term relationships with customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Ensure a smooth customer experience from lead generation to policy issuance.
- Drive renewals, repeat business, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.

Business & Performance Management
- Track team performance, sales funnel, cust
