Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive with 2+ years of experience to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a valuable understanding of HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding)
- Manage employee lifecycle processes (joining to exit formalities)
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist in payroll coordination and attendance management
- Handle employee queries and grievance resolution
- Support performance management and appraisal processes




- Drive employee engagement activities and initiatives
- Prepare HR reports and documentation

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in recruitment and employee engagement
- Basic understanding of payroll and compliance
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
