Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination for office and site roles job postings, Handle onboarding and induction for new joiners, including documentation and joining formalities
- Maintain accurate employee records (personal files, attendance, leave, HRMS/Excel-based trackers)
- Administer HR policies consistently leave policy, attendance policy, code of conduct and act as first point of contact for employee queries
- Track statutory compliance documentation for vendors and subcontractors PF, ESIC, Workmen's Compensation, and Labour Licence — on a quarterly cadence for on boarded MEP & Civil Vendors
- Coordinate with finance/procurement to ensure vendor payments are not released without valid compliance documentation on file
- Assist with employee grievance handling and escalate sensitive issues appropriately
- Various team coordination for documentations related to execution flexible for multi tasking & open approach for the roles

- Strong organizational skills and comfort with detailed documentation work
- Working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
- Clear written and verbal communication — will interface with employees, vendors, and management
- Basic understanding of statutory compliance concepts (PF, ESIC) — training provided on construction-specific application
- Willingness to learn compliance tracking specific to a construction/PMC workplace
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
