The ideal candidate for this position will help us identify new investment opportunities and monitor our existing portfolio companies. To assist with these efforts, you will conduct financial analyses, develop financial models, and conduct industry and market research.

Responsibilities
- Make cold calls to prospects from enriched databases with the goal of starting a genuine conversation, not reading from a script
- Use paid prospecting tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ContactOut, Lusha, and others provided to build targeted lists of enterprise accounts and decision-makers
- Write and send personalized cold emails to individual prospects, crafted around their role, company context, and why employee wellness is relevant to them
- Schedule discovery meetings with qualified prospects for the senior sales team, confirmed and attended by the right stakeholder
- Support preparation of outreach summaries, account overviews, and pipeline reports using Google Docs and Slides
- Log all daily activity: calls made, emails sent, LinkedIn touches,



and database records updated in Google Sheets or the assigned tracking tool, updated every day
- Represent YourDOST at industry roundtables, corporate wellness events, and networking forums - hosting and attending as required

Qualifications
- 6 – 24 months of prior work experience.
- Freshers and 2026 batch applicants strongly encouraged to apply
- Proficiency in any regional language: Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu is an added advantage for outreach and event interactions
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English: clear, structured, and skilled at all times
- Any prior exposure to sales, cold outreach, or business development through internships, projects, or competitions
- Strong email writing ability: crafts concise, purposeful outreach that earns a response
- Willing and enthusiastic about travelling for events, roundtables, and client interactions
- Working knowledge of Google Docs and Slide
