The ideal candidate will be responsible for **building institutional partnerships, driving business development, expanding our college network, and achieving student acquisition and revenue targets**.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain solid relationships with **college Principals, Placement Officers, HODs, faculty, and key decision-makers**.

* Identify, approach, and acquire new **college and institutional partnerships**.

* Manage the complete sales cycle, including **prospecting, presentations, negotiations, follow-ups, and closures**.

* Promote Blackbucks’ **training, certification, internship, placement, and career-development solutions**.





* Achieve assigned **sales, revenue, institutional acquisition, and student conversion targets**.

* Conduct regular college visits, institutional meetings, seminars, and student engagement activities.

* Build and maintain a strong institutional sales pipeline.

* Identify market trends and new business opportunities to support territory growth.

* Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of institutional programs.

Candidate Requirements

* **Minimum 3 years of relevant experience** in Institutional Sales, Field Sales, Business Development, EdTech, or Education Sales.

* Proven track record of achieving **sales and revenue targets**.

* Excellent **communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills**.
