Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Store In-Charge to manage the day-to-day operations of the store.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store opening and closing activities.
- Ensure the store achieves daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Supervise and coordinate the sales team and allocate daily responsibilities.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming and discipline.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries or complaints professionally.
- Monitor stock availability, inward and outward stock movements and stock accuracy.
- Ensure proper product arrangement and visual merchandising as per company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and overall presentation of the store.
- Monitor billing, cash handling and daily sales reports.

Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in retails managerial role or a similar role preferred.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Basic communication skills

Package: 15000-20000

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per hour
