We are looking for a target-driven Team Leader to lead and manage our Education Counselling team, drive admissions, and ensure consistent team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate & monitor the counselling team
- Achieve daily, weekly & monthly admission targets
- Track leads, follow-ups & conversions
- Conduct team reviews and provide guidance
- Identify performance gaps and improve team productivity
- Prepare regular performance reports
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Team Handling / Sales / Counselling
- EdTech or Education sector experience preferred
- Solid leadership & communication skills
- Target-oriented with good follow-up skills
- English & Malayalam proficiency
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
