Role & responsibilities

To lead brand strategy, corporate communications, content marketing, PR, media planning and patient engagement initiatives while driving brand equity, reputation, awareness and growth.
- Lead and manage the organization's brand portfolio, driving brand strategy, communications, content initiatives, agency partnerships, and team performance to achieve business and growth objectives.
- Develop and execute annual brand plans aligned with overall marketing and business strategies to strengthen brand positioning, equity, and market leadership.
- Plan and implement integrated brand-building, patient awareness, and center visibility campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, media, and PR channels.
- Drive end-to-end content strategy across digital and offline platforms, ensuring engaging, patient-centric, and business-driven communication.
- Oversee creation and optimization of content including website content, blogs, social media, videos, email campaigns, brochures, patient education material, testimonials, case studies, and thought leadership content.




- Ensure consistent brand identity, messaging, visual standards, and customer experience across all communication touchpoints.
- Lead Public Relations (PR) and Corporate Communication initiatives to enhance brand reputation, media visibility, and stakeholder engagement.
- Build and nurture relationships with media houses, journalists, healthcare influencers, industry associations, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Manage media planning, buying, performance tracking, and optimization across traditional and digital channels to maximize ROI.
- Lead crisis communication and reputation management efforts to protect and strengthen brand credibility.
- Collaborate with clinical, operations, sales, and patient experience teams to translate customer insights into impactful communication strategies.
