About the Role

Rampwin Technologies is looking for a creative, innovative, and result-oriented Marketing Executive who can take complete ownership of marketing activities across multiple projects and business initiatives.

We are looking for someone who doesn't just execute assigned tasks but can think creatively, identify new marketing opportunities, experiment with recent ideas, manage campaigns, analyze competitors, and drive brand visibility and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for multiple projects, products, and business initiatives.
- Conduct market research, customer research, industry research, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and market trends.
- Research competitors' branding, campaigns, content, pricing, positioning, social media presence, and digital strategies.
- Manage and grow Rampwin Technologies' social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn,



Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
- Plan, create, and coordinate social media content, campaigns, creatives, videos, reels, posts, and promotional materials.
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant advertising channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, leads, engagement, conversions, ROI, and other key marketing metrics.
- Identify opportunities for lead generation, brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth.
- Develop innovative marketing campaigns and experiment with new platforms, tools, trends, and strategies.
- Bring new and innovative marketing ideas to improve brand positioning and market reach.
- Work closely with Sales, Business Development, HR, and Management teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
