This role requires hands-on work on the shop floor to lead the production and testing of hydraulic products while working closely in supporting the production and design executives.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Direct day-to-day operations of the shop floor.
- Manage material flow, inventory control, and issuing of material as per work orders.
- Maintain and improve the production flow, assembly procedures, and toolings.
- Involve in technical aspects of the systems for troubleshooting and quality standards.
- Hands-on prototyping and testing of the products.
- Manage packing and shipping of orders while coordinating with the office.

Required Experience and Qualifications
Education:
- Diploma / Diploma to Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
