Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Pharmacist / Store In-Charge to manage day-to-day retail pharmacy operations, ensure compliance, maintain inventory accuracy, and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the retail pharmacy store.
- Dispense medicines accurately as per valid prescriptions and pharmacy guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, SOPs, and documentation requirements.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, expiry checks, and stock accuracy.
- Monitor sales, store targets, and overall store performance.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate product/medicine information.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of medicines.
- Maintain store hygiene, discipline, and operational standards.
- Manage and coordinate with store staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Support omnichannel orders, customer deliveries,



and other retail pharmacy activities.
- Maintain required registers, records, and regulatory documentation.
- Drive customer satisfaction and contribute to achieving store sales targets.

Eligibility
- D.Pharm / B.Pharm from a recognized institute.
- Valid Delhi State Pharmacy Council registration/license is mandatory.
- Relevant experience in retail pharmacy operations preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Robust knowledge of medicines, prescriptions, inventory, and pharmacy operations.

Experience

3–6 years for Senior Pharmacist; candidates with relevant experience in store operations/team handling will be preferred for the Store In-Charge role.
