We are looking to appoint one qualified & experienced Company Secretary. The incumbent should be qualified Company Secretary having 2 4 years of post qualification experience in Secretarial Works. Preference will be given to Company Secretary having degree of LLB and having work experience of working with any BSE, NSE Listed Company.

Qualification : Company Secretary with B. Com.

Candidate need to have excellent academics, adept in MS Office, MS Word and Power Point Presentations, also must have fluency and command over spoken and written English

Job Profile :





Assist to Company Secretary & Compliance Officer in following Work areas :
- Convening & Holding Board & its Committee Meetings, Shareholders Meeting - Pre and Post meeting Compliances, Agenda, Minutes etc.,
- Preparation of Annual Report, BRSR Report etc., Co-ordination with various Plants HODs for various BRSR report related information.
- Compliance of the provisions of Listing Regulations (LR), SEBI regulations such as Insider Trading Code, Takeover Code, ICDR etc., drafting and updation of Policies and reports as per SEBI(LODR) regulations and other applicable acts and regulations. Managing & updating online portal of Structural Digital Database as per PIT Regulations, Updating Designated Persons List, Co-ordination with various internal and external stakeholders including Auditors and consultants of the company, Freezing of PAN of designated persons, Issue of duplicate Share Certificates/LOC etc. creation of ISIN, demat and pledge creati
