Director, Commercial Experience Architecture Engineering

The Director of Commercial Experience Architecture and Engineering will lead the strategy, design, and delivery of Salesforce Sales Cloud capabilities. The role will collaborate with the wider Commercial Technology team, Finance Technology and Data teams to implement Sales Cloud solutions across the enterprise that are aligned to business strategy to accelerate revenue growth, improve productivity and create a unified commercial engine.

Responsibilities and Impact

The Commercial Experience Team will design, build, and implement scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions that accelerate revenue growth, improve seller productivity, and create a unified and data-driven commercial engine. Key focus areas will be:
- Optimize core Sales Cloud processes to reduce friction, shorten sales cycles, and directly accelerate revenue.
- Improve data quality and integration patterns to deliver accurate forecasting, actionable insights, and commercial predictability.




- Enhance seller productivity through automation, guided selling, and scalable enablement tools that increase win rates.
- Establish standardized, compliant, and reusable architecture to ensure consistent, secure, and scalable Sales Cloud solutions.

Sales Cloud Strategy and Architecture
- Define scalable Sales Cloud design standards and global templates.
- Lead pipeline management, forecasting, territory management, and automation initiatives
- Standardize chance lifecycle processes globally.

Seller Productivity and Automation
- Drive AI-driven lead scoring, next-best-action, and workflow automation
- Reduce manual touchpoints in sales processes.
- Improve CRM usability and adoption

Data Integrity and Forecast Excellence
- Support data governance practices within Sales Cloud that pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy standards
