We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Civil Project Manager to manage and execute civil construction, structural rehabilitation, strengthening, and related projects from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and monitor civil/structural projects as per approved drawings, specifications, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Supervise site execution and ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of work.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, work orders, and project requirements.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, material requirements, and site activities.
- Prepare and review project schedules, progress reports, measurements, and billing.
- Identify project risks and resolve technical/site-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with applicable construction standards, safety requirements,



and quality procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate inspections with clients/consultants.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure work is executed according to contractual requirements.
- Maintain proper project documentation and records.
- B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in civil construction/project management.
- Strong knowledge of civil and structural works, site execution, estimation, BOQ, billing, and project planning.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple project activities and site teams.

Pay: ₹10,868.34 - ₹50,000.00 per month
