COUCH & DECOR, a leading customized furniture and home decor showroom on ECR, Chennai, specializing in premium furniture solutions that combine quality, comfort, and contemporary design, is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Non-IT HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and attract qualified candidates to meet our hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and qualified networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the salary negotiation, documentation, and joining process.
- Maintain an updated candidate database and build a strong talent pipeline.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment activities and prepare regular hiring reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment deadlines.
