Roles & Responsibilities

1. Lead Handling

Receive and manage customer leads from Instagram and other channels.

Contact current leads promptly and understand their requirements.

2. Customer Communication

Respond to Instagram messages and customer enquiries quickly.

Attend incoming calls to the official business number.

Make direct calls to interested customers.

3. Product & Collection Support

Share product/collection details, prices, sizes, and availability.

Help customers choose suitable products based on their requirements.

4. Sales Conversion

Follow up with interested customers.

Handle basic customer questions and encourage purchase decisions.

Convert enquiries into confirmed orders.

5. Order Follow-up

Track confirmed orders and pending enquiries.

Coordinate with the relevant team when customer/order support is required.

6. Daily Reporting

Maintain lead, follow-up, and sales records.

Submit daily updates on leads received, follow-ups, conversions, and pending customers.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
