Position: Business Development Manager (Domestic Staffing)

Location: Gurgaon sec 39 (fully onsite)

Job Responsibilities :

1. Client Acquisition & Sales
- Identify and target potential clients (Fortune 500, top consulting firms)
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach, etc.
- Pitch staffing services (permanent hiring, contract staffing, RPO, etc.)
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms
- Close deals and meet revenue targets

2. Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with HR teams, hiring managers, and decision-makers
- Act as the main point of contact for client accounts
- Ensure client satisfaction and handle escalations if needed
- Look for upselling or cross-selling opportunities

3. Market Research & Strategy
- Analyze industry trends, hiring patterns, and competitor activity
- Identify recent business opportunities or niche markets
- Develop strategies to enter new sectors or expand service offerings

4. Collaboration with Recruitment Team




- Communicate client requirements clearly to recruiters
- Ensure timely delivery of candidates
- Provide feedback from clients to improve candidate quality
- Align on priorities and hiring timelines

5. Account Management & Delivery Oversight
- Monitor ongoing hiring projects
- Ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met
- Track metrics like time-to-fill, submission-to-hire ratio, etc.

6. Reporting & Forecasting
- Maintain sales pipeline and CRM updates
- Prepare reports on revenue, client acquisition, and performance
- Forecast future sales and hiring demand

7. Branding & Networking
- Represent the firm at industry events, job fairs, and conferences
- Build the companys presence in the staffing market
- Strengthen employer branding through partnerships
