Role Description
The Technical Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers. This full-time, on-site position in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar involves partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define clear candidate profiles. The Technical Recruiter will actively build talent pipelines through job boards, social platforms, referrals, and networking, while ensuring an inclusive and positive candidate experience throughout the process. Daily responsibilities include managing interview logistics, maintaining accurate recruitment data, and providing regular updates to stakeholders. Qualifications
- We are looking for 2-3 years of experience candidates.Freshers-6 months with valuable communication skills are also welcome.
- Source and screen candidates for IT positions.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews.
