- Project Execution: Interpret 2D/3D design drawings and technical details to build the space accurately on-site.
- Site Supervision: Monitor daily work progress and enforce quality and safety standards.
- Vendor & Labor Management: Coordinate carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and external material suppliers.
- Resource Planning: Forecast material needs, prepare bills of quantities (BOQ), and manage inventory.
- Timeline & Budget Control:
Track schedules and resolve site-level roadblocks immediately to prevent cost overruns
Education: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Project Management.
Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints, proficiency in CAD tools or project tracking software, and transparent knowledge of building materials.
Experience: 1 to 5+ years working on residential or commercial fit-out sites, depending on project scale.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, negotiation, leadership, and communication abilities.
