Daksh Energy Systems is an established supplier of machinery, materials and technical solutions for the solar photovoltaic, architectural glass, façade and insulating glass industries.

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Sales/Marketing/Business Development Executive who can identify prospective customers, establish new business relationships and generate sales opportunities for the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Identify prospective customers in the solar, glass, façade, IGU and related industries.
- Conduct regular outbound calls to potential customers, introduce the company’s products and understand their requirements.
- Generate recent leads through online research, industry directories, LinkedIn, referrals and other sources.
- Follow up consistently with prospective and existing customers through calls, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn.
- Arrange meetings and discussions between interested customers and the management or technical team.
- Maintain an organised database of leads, customer requirements, conversations and follow-up dates.




- Prepare and submit a daily task report covering calls made, customers contacted, leads generated, follow-ups completed and planned next actions.
- Use Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to maintain lead trackers, sales reports and customer information.
- Draft professional introductory emails, follow-up emails, quotations and basic business communications.
- Handle the company’s LinkedIn outreach, including identifying decision-makers, sending connection requests and initiating professional conversations.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other productivity platforms for customer research, email drafting, lead organisation, meeting preparation and routine administrative work.
- Learn the company’s product portfolio and develop a basic understanding of its technical applications.
- Coordinate with the management, operations and technical teams to respond to customer enquiries.
