Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and agile Non-Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse non-technical and business roles. The incumbent will be responsible for sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, interview coordination, offer management, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for non-technical roles across multiple functions and levels.
- Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, role expectations, and candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment databases, networking, and other relevant platforms.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on experience, skills, competencies, cultural fit, compensation, notice period, and overall suitability.
- Conduct initial HR discussions and assess candidates against the job requirements.




- Coordinate and manage the complete interview process, including scheduling, follow-ups, feedback collection, and candidate communication.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process to minimize dropouts and offer declines.
- Handle offer discussions, compensation negotiations, and pre-boarding activities.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality of hire.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers, MIS, and candidate records.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and ensure regular updates on hiring progress and market intelligence.
- Contribute to improving recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience.
